Can i add some variable when people install my PWA?

I have website that have url variable &storeCode= It will be a different page depending on the store code. I want to change the APP default page depending on which store that user approach from url...
But i couldn't find any way to pass parameters to app

I tired
save store code to localstorage but
When I downloaded the app, the local storage was empty.

So i would be happy if there is any way to send some parameter when install PWA
