Start a website with an intro video and than redirect to the homepage [closed]

I want to start the website with an intro video and have no clue how to do it. What would i like to happen:

1. User enters URL
2. Video starts playing
3. After finishing, go to index.html

So far i read smth about iFrame Player API from Youtube, but not sure if that is the right way to go.
