Shared folder with upload and download function in website

everybody, I'm trying to create a web page where users can share files in a shared folder. That is, I want to put a box where all the files on a drive will be there and users can download and upload. I was trying to see with google drive but I find some problems. Do you know other APIs? But I would also like to have the possibility to create a folder for each user group directly from the code. I would like to thank everyone who helps me.
