Learning to Code and Designing my First Website?

Okay so during lockdown I started to learn to code based on some U.K youtubers advice and I wanted to start pursuing business oppurtnuities.

I have had help from my university on learning to code with multiple free resources offered to me. I have used things such as trinket, rasberry pi, khan academy coding course and so on. I have pretty good knowledge of basics of coding with HTML & CSS and JavaScript.

However, the hard part is what steps should I take and do I need to code a valid new website idea? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I will probably need:

(A) - A server to store usernames and encrypted passwords. (B) - login/sign up pages (I have begun the aesthetics but don't have the know how to make them work and store data). (C) - Allow people to upload some text data e.g. posts to the site server. (D) - An upvote system on these posts when people have logged in. (E) - Search bar to search for data matching key words in peoples uploads and display this data based on the number of upvotes they have recieved.

If anyone has any helpful tips on how to get started in greater depth that would be great. Like I said I am new to coding, but have been working on the coding aesthetics and features of the website, I just need the coding magic! (I have also created extensive paper copies of the site).
