How to solve Canonical Link issue on Blog Wordpress

Hy I am facing canonical issue and its affecting my SEO listing as well. I tried to Solve it but problem is still there although my recent post are now canonical free but homepage & some old posts still have the same issue. It appears to be like-

I have even tried 301 Redirect code in htaccess file with Rewrite On but its not working- RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^freshfounder.com [NC] RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.freshfounder.com/$1 [L,R=301] So is there any way to solve it where I could fix it or may it can be cause of Theme or any Plugin? Please help!
