How to extract data from website using pagination when page number is not assigned?

I am using data miner extension for Google Chrome to extract data from web pages. To extract data from multiple pages at a time, data miner uses pagination option. Here is the link of website from where I want to extract data.

Currently, I can click on each link and get data table using data miner.

1. How can I get data from all of the pages at a time through pagination?

2. Date is assigned above the table. How can I get that as a columm for each table?
