Free IP for trail (3 month) to develop web database [closed]

I started developing in Dbase II in 1991, I developed an application in FoxPro 6.2a covering monthly food distribution for 3.5 Million individuals (records) on personal PC’s for 8 years and daily updating and new cases without a single mistake during 8 years. Then I developed another project using Front Access form and reports (using Access 2016) – Backend SQL (2016) using VBA to link between Access and SQL both are on Local network in LAB system covers daily about 1000 cases. For three years.

Now I need to move to an On-Line Web-Database, since I’m familiar with SLQ 2019 now, if possible i like to continue with it , initially I’m looking for a FREE trail Domain (2-3 months) I mean IP address , I need that domain having a high speed respond and low cost <20$-25 of renting after 3 months, my second question is that shall I continue with Ms. Access 2017 and SQL or shall I switch to other language . For more info, my WEB database will contains characters only (No image, No Sound files, No video). I will appreciate whom will share his/her advices.
