Build a website that in each user's account, bases on their age and data they put in, different things will appear on their account pages? [closed]

I want to create a website that when a user signs up and fills in their age and other information about them, based on that data, different things will appear on their accounts'pages. For example, from 5-7 years old, children books will appear; or 18-19 years old, young adults book will appear; or if they type in they like ice cream, suggestions of ice cream shops will appear on their accounts' pages.

I am completely new to web development so my question is: What is the method that I can create this website - allowing users to sign up, storing their database, and with that data, different links will appear on their account pages? Can I create this website with only Wordpress, or do I have to use HTML and Django using Python, or do I have to combine both? What should I learn to create this website, Wordpress, HTML, or Python?
