Recommend a database for website, Android and iOS

What database would you recommend to be shared across a website, an Android app and iOS app?

The application will need to display specials/deals in suburbs for the user where the user can also apply filters to narrow their search.

The application will need to be able to perform CRUD operations for a special/deal associated with an establishment.

Fast development is a priority.
