Is there a way to (in Node.JS) make sure a link is a new's article?

I'm trying to make a database (that is bot-protected) that people submit bizarre and crazy news headlines about COVID-19. However, I have yet to find a way to make sure that the content that people submit is not naughty and is genuine content. I need a way (programatically) to make sure a link is a news article. Is there any way to do this? Thank you.
