Trying to create two websites, one with and one without prepared statements

I'm new to webdevelopment, and I want to create a website demonstrating sql injection. Ive read that prepare statements help prevent those from happening and Im interested in creating 2 websites, one with and one without prepared statements. Website meaning a login/registration system. I've tried creating a system with prepared statements, but I dont know how to create a functioning website vulnerable to sql injections.

Can anyone help me get started? Any sites that showcase how to create a site to perform an injection?
