I want to create a hosting website like dropbox with premium/subscription upgrades... I have few questions:

1- I want to know what's the best pricing method ? for free users, team users and business users.. 2- What modern web sets should I use for backend and frontend development ? 3- Which hosting service is best at this time ?

this site will host all kind of files like images, pdf, excel, audio, video, script files and all other kind of files.. but considering website monthly costs like domain, hosting, ssl and other necessary features, and everything on average pricing.. I hope you get what I am trying to explain here..
