How do I add a "Design Studio" within my website?

I am building an app where within the application, I want to add a "Design Studio" where users can create their own designs. Therefore, I would want them to be able to use shapes, text, colors, etc. How should I go about creating something like that?

For example, when you log into https://www.canva.com/ , you have a canvas to create your designs. I want to do something similar within my application.

I have been looking for possible APIs but no luck so far. Could I get some advise on that please?
