What would be the best solution for an answer based survey?

I'm trying to develop a survey for users, to guide them to the solution that fits their needs. They have one starting question, Yes or No, then based on the answer they give, they get a different question. (Basically many routes, many endings based on choices)

I'm trying to develop that with Vuetify, so I was thinking of using a stepper, but I'm unsure if this is the best choice.

I would love to load the survey flowchart in a json file and having everything on the same page, dynamic.
