How do I scrape the web?

First of all I would like to state that I don't have a lot of experience with Javascript, or other programming languages.

My question is as follows:

I would like to scrape some data (a number) from a website, when I have this data I would like to send it to an CSV file or just send it to my e-mail. If all of this works, I would like to automate this cycle.

It will be used to get a list of numbers at the end of every week.
