Connect 2 Linux computers with eachother, managing via website [closed]

I got a problem,

I have 2 linux computers running in the same datacenter. Lets say we got computer A and computer B.

Computer A has a file thats called users.xml with information inside. Computer B has a local website where it reads xml files. Via computers B website you can change the data inside the XML file.

I want that computer B can get the users.xml of computer A, reads it, edits it, write it and save it into computer A. But i dont know a solution for it.

Is there someone with a solution for it?
