show information from one user in a view Laravel

I want to show the user information that it has, form example I have a table 'users' that it has the fields username, age, address, telephone, and i want to show this correspondent information in a view, I tried doing a foreach clause but i get all the usernames, ages, and telephones from all the users in the table
