Should I learn Spring although I know java ee

i am java ee dev. and when i lock to job offers on sites like fiverr i see everyone is asking about spring and when i search about it it looks they both are similar in what they can do. should i learn spring now because i do not have much time and which one is easier to learn , use and more productive java ee or spring and of course has a better performance and if i should learn spring why is that and of course java ee looks like it is going into a new age under the name of jakarta ee
