Is it possible to fill an excel file from website?

I have an excel file that i want to export as a web page (i did it with excel2table), but i would like to have to possibility to fill it / add some values from the web and i don't know if it is possible ?

I thought about exporting to a database and using SQL, but excel2table have the research feature, and a nice display, so i would like to keep them if possible.

For the moment, i only have the content of the excel file in a html page where i can search some specific values, but i would like to have a dynamic webpage where i can modify the table and the modifications will occurred on the excel file too.
