How to create a sub webpage for my website hosted on Godaddy

I have created my website "Lokapp.in" and hosted it on GoDaddy. Now I do not know how to make a new page for terms and conditons on Godaddy. Web link should look like "Lokapp.in/terms. Can someone help me on this
