How to connect machine learning python script and HTML?

My program is a simple machine learning application that takes an image of a cell an input and diagnoses it was infected or uninfected with malaria. When I provide input in the file itself, it executes properly. However, I have no idea as to how to integrate this into a website. Essentially, I want to be able to upload an image to the website and perform the script on that image and display the output. I have created all the Html pages and python components, just need some ideas to connect them. Thanks!
