Github Pages giving 404 error after following setup steps

i followed every single step from here: https://pages.github.com/

however i still get a 404 error when i try to go to my page https://khoihuynh.github.io/

I've tried emptying cache and hard reloading no luck.

I've made sure there it's in the master branch too

I just tried making an empty commit and then pushing it, still no luck

git commit --allow-empty -m "Empty commit"
git push
