Face recognition in web application

I'm trying to implement Dlib (The face recognition of Dlib) in my web application to show to a user the faces in a photo. The idea is to implement the face recognition in server-side, but I don't know how to execute the python script in php and show the result (The python script is executable only via shell). Anyone who know Dlib can suggest me an idea?
