I cant connect any mobile devices to my web located on a computer with XAMPP

I made a web on xampp, I can connect to it with other computers, but when I try to acces with a mobile device (phone or tablet) i cant find the web. The device and computer with the web are on the same network.

The web is alocated on XAMPP

I tried to edit some code from php.ini whit internets help but nothing works.

It doesnt show any error message, it simply doesnt load
