how to make a website that posts different qoutes daily and also find a domain name on it

I'm working on a quote generator website it has to post one single quote daily, how do I make sure that it has different quotes each day

This is for a new Linux server, running MySQL 5, PHP 5 and Apache 2. In the past, I’ve tried on existing servers and always seem to end up having to fall back to ISO-8859-1.

I expect the website to printout a Quote after user has pressed enter
