How can I make a individual wordpress site (e.g. restaurant.php) and integrate it as a wordpress site?

How can I make a individual wordpress site (e.g. restaurant.php) and integrate it as a normal wordpress site as I made it in the Wordpress wp-login? So that the client can edit only a few things that I have coded in the php.

I hope anybody can help me with this problem and if not, are there any alternatives?
