Leading web stack in the future?

Currently I have managed to learn the basics of HTML, CSS and JS. My plan for 2019 is to learn some full-stack technology.

Im thinking one of these: MEAN, MERN, MEVN. Which one will be trending in future? And how long before WebAssembly takes over?
