How to find transaction contract creator via web3

How to find tx (ContractCreator) for a certain contract.

For example, I have a contract factory, and few contracts (contract A, contract B, contract C), which were created by this contract factory.

My goal is to find tx for A, B, C via Web3.

I can see this info in Etherscan.
