Having problems logging into my client portal, which requires a vpn issue with mcafee web gateway certificates

I am ubuntu user on my organisation's network and when i acces my client portal on my web browser(chrome) it gives me an error cert authority invalid.

I have already tried installing certificates manually in my browser. I am unable to directly import certificates in ubuntu 18.04, although when i was on windows 10 i was able to do so.
