Raspberry Pi Photobooth Gphoto2 interface

We are getting married on 20th of April and we would like to have a smart mirror photo booth. So I bought a Raspberry PI B3+ I tested the command line tool GPHOTO2 which works perfectly my question is what would the best way to implement a user interface. The requirements are: - having a nice interface (There is an Infrared sensor in the frame of the mirror --> you can touch the mirror to interact) - it would be awesome if there were some easy to implement animations - the UI needs to trigger GPHOTO2 and afterwards send the picture to the printer - workflow should be like: 1. You touch the screen to start one of for modes to take the picture 2. A countdown is shown with an animation 3. Picture is taken 4. The user can send the picture to the printer, and a barcode is displayed so the user can download the picture

I do have basic knowledge about HTML / PHP and Angular.

Does anyone have any advise how to achieve the requirements? can anyone suggest any libraries I could integrate for to implement fancy animations?
