Sync IBM i series data to web app (chrome)

I am really new to the IBM i series.

I am willing to build a web app to render a table to the client. I want to update the table in real time which means if the database table updated, my table on the web will refresh too.

Now my web app is based on ASP.Net. I know if I use SQL server then I can use SignalR. I just want to find out the same technology applying to IBM i series.

And if there is anything the Chrome can do, that is great too. I was also looking something like saving data in IndexedDB on Chrome, and Chrome can, maybe send the signal to the database and sync the data to IndexedDB. I don't know if this will work as well. It is just an idea.
