Website loads with Black screen and once I perform refresh it shows my website.

I am having a issue with my website. When I search my website on Google and open my website in Google Chrome browser it shows black screen first and once I refresh it it shows my website. enter image description here When I do the same process on Microsoft edge it first shows the Source code and once I refresh it shows the website. The problem started when my SSL certificate expired. I have not currently updated my SSL certificate. Also I am hosting the website on Windows server 2003 service pack 2.

Can any one please assist me with this issue?
