How to configure a web application using perl-Mojolicious

I would like to develop a simple web application.

Idea is, Application shall be running on my VM(which has CentOS). so all other team members can call the application on their browsers.

what does the application shall do : - Users can call the web page on their system and shall click a button, ‘post dev’. The action makes it run a script(which is already available) then the result(a generated file, and its content) is displayed back on web page.

What I did already : - installed "yum install perl-Mojolicious" - I could run "./myapp.pl get /" and get results back.

I can build perl application that calls a command line tool. It is not a issue.

I need help going forward, what I must do to reach my goal. - a high level guidance if possible. - what softwares I need and how I can host my application on server so others can call that web page.

Please excuse me in advance if my questions are any stupid....
