How can i create an ios app to stream a video from Flask, or any other web server from rpi ?

I'm trying to make a surveillance webcam. I'm using rpi and python- flask and when i visit the pi's ipaddress on port 5000, I'm able to see the video. But now i want to create an ios app for that. Like Turn on the app and click a button to watch the webcam stream. I'm a noob at ios programming.
