How can have a user who uses my web service, host/stream the song they are listening to live to other users?

I can't seem to come up with a solution to implementing this feature. Any help will be much appreciated.

I'm using the Napster API to fetch audio via js. Java Servlets handle all other functions. And they are hosted on Tomcat.
