FEDEX Webservices endpoint

Im using https://wsbeta.fedex.com:443/web-services/rate as test endpoint when sending SOAP requests to FedEx but it keeps on returning Could not connect to host

I cannot seem to find any other endpoint that is working. Any idea on this?
