Cpanel - retrieve js file

So i have this website enjoycyprus.net, so when I formatted my pc I used httrack to back it up (stupid decision, but I am pretty much beginner in the front-end world). I found out yesterday that someone edited my main javascript file. I went to godaddy changed my password and edited my main js file through cpanel with the one i copied from httrack. Thats why my website is completely mess right now. So i dont have a backup and godaddy says if you want to rewind your website you have to pay for a back up option (seriously?). My question is is there any way to retrieve my main javascript file. Or if anyone can look at the page source, can this be fixed?, is there something I am missing?
