Worth learning AMP (apache, MySQL, PHP) manual install on windows 10

I've tried to do manual install of AMP on my windows 10 laptop. Unfortunately I couldn't do it. (lack of knowledge)

But at my job as a web developper I did a couple of manual AMP install on MacOS (linux kernel) and it got me wondering : "does it worth the hassle to learn how to install AMP windows 10"

I know that most web servers use linux. So maybe it's not that worthy to learn how to do it on windows 10 having more practice on linux.

If somebody have any toughts on that it would be greatly appreciated.

I think i'm not supposed to ask non-technical question here but i'll take chances.
