Looking to start a company website, wondering regarding the technologies

I'm looking to build a company website for my business, it should be a platform that offers deals for customers so it's kinda an ecommerce since it has a payment system products which are the deals etc but i'm not sure Regarding the technologies it's also not so clear as the market is over flooded with many options and with my experience i think i could do it with anything but i'm looking to save myself some time.

I don't think an SPA is good here so going with MPA i guess a CMS like wordpress could be a quick and easy solution but i'm just not sure how customizeable is it in case i need to. any thoughts? going with the wordpress option i was thinking REST APi's for the mobile versions maybe with Larvel. Are there any good alternatives to the wordpress approach in 2018? doing it by hand is the world where i come from but it just seems too much custom work to create and then maintain.
