Is the Xampp application different from every computer / laptop?

I have tried to solve this problem, but still couldn't figure what is wrong.. This worked on my laptop, but when I tried to use 100% the same script, table name, db name to my PC, it doesn't work like my laptop.

What is wrong ?? I got this error : Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method PDOStatement::bind_param()

$stmt->bind_param('ssssisi', $firstname, $lastname, $hashingpass, 
$useremail, $udob_d, $udob_m, $udob_y);

Really confusing
