How much time does it take to learn ruby on rails from scratch?

I just start working to an local company like improver for ruby on rails. For about a week I finished Mashrur Hossains`s course on Udemy. Now I got some basics about Rails. BTW I got some earlier knowledge about programming from faculty like C#, PHP etc, but im totally new in Rails. This is my first "job"!!! Can someone suggest me any tips or advice to be more productive at work, or suggest me any great source to learn rails faster. Would it be great if you share your personal experience about rails.
