Website hosting without port forwarding on a school network

I am building a website for my college's engineering club. I was wondering if it would be possible to host a website on a raspberry pi without being allowed to port forward. I have asked the schools IT department if they would allow port forwarding, however they said no.

TLDR; would it be possible to host a flask website without port forwarding on a raspberry pi?
