Bring Chrome to front when action occurs

I'm using Chrome Browser as I'm running a terminal in Google Cloud Platfrom which is displayed using Chrome.

I'm streaming information in my terminal when certain events occur, and when they do, I would like the terminal (which again uses Chrome) to appear at the front of all other windows.

Does anyone know if there are any extension or any other method to achieve this?
