Implement API Token to Apache2 web (file.html) (with UBUNTU terminal)

I have a API Token generated by page where I did an questionnaire and I would like to implement it to the front page (very first page-html file) of Apache2 in Ubuntu, could you please tell me how?

but there is also needed a authentification login when I dont use registered IP (network).

Could you please tell me how to implement it to the code too? for example: Login; AAA Password; BBB
