Wich language to chose for a project

Hello i am a student in te food industry with a specific question. First some side information.

The idea i have in my head is something that calculates and adds different ingredients together with there nutrition value and allergeens it contains to a fiche. Its something i already worked out in excel, but its in a far stage now where the file is to big to be able to just set in on a website in a spreadsheet. So now my question is wich program language to use to make this into a website so i can take it wherever i go and acces it from anywhere.
