software that changes class and format option in pd?

i want a software that remove the format option in a pendrive and that changes the class in pd !! VERY urgent please anyone send me that software. means when a pendrive is insert there is no format option is seen and that software changes the class memory in that pendrive. Anyone have that software please send me.
