How to open a webpage every X seconds from a .txt or .xslx and automatically download the file prompt

I have a list of web pages that I'm trying open at about 1-2 seconds apart and retrieve a file if there is one on the web page that automatically downloads.

Are there any platforms that already do this, or is there any documentation on how to do something like this?
