How do the movie sites or game sites upload the games or movies?

I'm working on a project, where I am giving links to download movies/games, but one thing I cannot understand how do these websites give links without any copyright infringement. They give torrent files, that I can understand but many of the sites say that 'They do not store any links on their servers, all are third part affiliates'. I can't understand how do they do that. I know that there are many upload sites where we can upload our sites but like all of them does not support torrent files or copyright stuff. I hope you guys have understood my problem.
