creating a machine learning bot for web app to maximise output reward/time

The source is a web app with a monetary value output. I am interested in creating a bot which will interact with the ~game and will implement machine learning to maximise the profit/time on this web app. I tried to make a script in keyboard maestro and considered something in python (which I have no experience with) which has led my interest to something which learns itself! Preferably Id like the bot to start from knowing nothing about how to interact with the forms, just to learn to act within a certain area randomly until it maximises profit/time. I don't really know how to do this... thanks :) I am looking into openai universe now
