Ok, I don't know if this is the place to ask this question, and please tell me where should post this if it is not the place.
So, I am faced with the conundrum with choosing which direction to go in. I have no working experience but have been studying the material for a few years now, especially web development.
I have studied and learned how to work as a front-end web developer, and I have also fiddled with some Javascript and C#. I know web dev better, but think I might like programming better, though I have a lot of trouble grasping a lot of the programming concepts.
My problem is that I don't know which I should focus on more, continuing with being a front-end web developer, or learning how to program Javascsript (I only know enough JS to get by atm) and also there is AngularJS, React, and Ajax that I have no clue about. <-- These are what I would focus on if I went the programming route.
So I need advice. Which path should I follow? I have tried to learn both at the same time, but realize that it is not as easy as I had thought it would to learn both. If anyone has any real world experience similar to my situation, please let me know what you think. Thanks.
